Skill and Profession Course
Course attendants will be studying basic method of food processing. Numerous recipes of Indonesian Menu to International Menu (Oriental and European Cuisine) will be given.
Some essential lesson about prefering basic ingredients, storing and Cost Control will be be trained.
Length of Course : 2-5 days
Course attendants will be introduced to bar definition and all aspects related to it, as well as beverage mixing method according to International standar recipe.
Flyering Bottle which can attract customer’s attention will also be mastered in this program. This is supported and completed with related theories, for instance: Salesman Skill, Cost Product and Cost Control.

The purpose of the competency test activities in the LSP-P1 Trisakti Jakarta STP refers to the Work Competency Standards that are owned, namely the Indonesian National Work Competence (KKNI) in the field of tourism (Hotels and Business Travel Tours) and Labor Certification. LSP P1 Trisakti STP also implements PERMENDIKBUD REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA NO. 81 of 2014, namely implementing certification for students who passed the competency test held by the P1 Professional Certification Institute for Trisakti STP.
The objectives of the implementation of the establishment of LSP P1 are as follows:
1. Produce graduates who have competence in the field of tourism which can be proven by a certificate of competence as a certificate of diploma companion.
2. Professional certification given to students will provide more guarantees for graduates in entering the world of work and business in the scope of the national and global Tourism Industry.
3. Improving the quality and selling value of graduates in entering the global labor market

Setu Babakan Cultural Tourism | 8 September 2018
Culture-based tourism is one type of tourism activity that uses culture as its object. There are 12 cultural elements that can be developed as cultural tourism, 2 (two) of which are music & art, and handicrafts. Indonesia is known for its traditional arts & music such as Gambang Kromong, Tanjidor, Rebana, Gambus Orchestra and Samrah Orchestra. And other traditional instruments, while handicrafts, Indonesia are famous for Batik, which has been recognized internationally through recognition from UNESCO on October 2, 2009, stating that Batik Tulis is recognized as a World Heritage and included in the Representative List as a Cultural Inheritance (Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Haritage of Humanity).
STP TRISAKTI is proud to present Betawi Cultural Tourism to get to know more about these elements by firsthand seeing these traditional cultures and to commemorate the 73rd Indonesian Independence Day. The Setu Babakan Cultural Tourism Village was chosen as a place to see some of Indonesia’s cultures.
TOEIC and TOEFL Familiarisation Test | Semester 1 & 2
TOEIC Familiarization or known as the English Competency Test (ECT) for students held with the aim of introducing new Trisakti STP students to the type of test deep English skills used throughout the world. And also expected with the implementation of this TOEIC Familiarization, the Trisakti STP can find out the ability of new students in English so that they can be improved for achieving a better INTERNATIONAL TOEIC standard. For diploma students use the TOEIC standard, and for Hospitality and Tourism Bachelor (S1) students use the TOEFL standard. Familiarization tests are held in semesters 1 and 2, and International TOEIC and TOEFL tests are held in the final semester and standard scores are used to register for the trial and graduation requirements.
