Admission Procedure

Step 01 - ONLINE REGISTRATION

Students can register to study in Trisakti Institute of Tourism through (link website).

Step 02 - DOCUMENT SUBMITION

Students should submit some documents, as follows:

  1. Passport
  • Passport validity must not be less than 18 months from the date of admission/submission to the university.
  • All pages of the passport – including the cover pages – are required (in colour).
  • Kindly make sure that the page numbers of the passport are clearly visible.
  1. Colour Photograph
  • Coloured, with white background
  • Photograph measurement: Height (45mm) and Width (35mm)
  1. Curriculum Vitae

Kindly please send your CV in English info detail

  1. Academic transcripts and completion certificate

In the event that these documents are not published in English, applicants are to provide copies of the original and official English-translated versions (should be translated by sworn translator / notary department)

  1. Recommendation Letter

The recommendation letter can be from the institution (university / high school) or personal (head of department, lecture, student advisor, etc)

  1. Motivation Letter / Personal Essay

Two -three pages essay (i.e. your personal statement) in relation to your goals and objectives and how this programme will meet or enhance those objectives

  1. Research Proposal Description (for master / doctoral degree)

Kindly please describe about your research plan, which are include the research title, problem background, theory and methodology

Step 03 - ONLINE INTERVIEW

Make the appointment to online interview with the department and kindly please take a note for important information as follows:

  • Wear the proper clothes in the interview
  • Prepare PPT to describe about your CV and research background (if you apply for master / doctorate degree)
Step 04 - LOA ISSUED

If accepted, we will issue your Letter of Acceptance (LOA)

Step 05 - TUITION FEE PAYMENT

Pay the tuition fee for the 1st semester 

Step 06 - STUDY PERMIT & E- STUDENT VISA PROCESS
