Pre-arrival
After you are accepted by the university and do the payment, the International Office of Trisakti Institute of Tourism will apply for your Study Permit to the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia.
The process for study permit is 14 working days.
Study Permit Document Requirement
- Valid Nationality Passport at least 6 (six) month
- Latest colour photograph
- Indonesia Law and Regulation Statement Letter (prepare by university and sign by student)
- Financing Statement Letter (prepare by university and sign by student)
- Health Certificate (in English)
Health Certificate should be included the narcotic test which be included:
- Kanabis/ganja (THC)
- Morphin (MOR)
- Ampetamin (AMP)
- Metampetamin (MET)
- Benzodiazepine (BZO)
- Cocain (COC)
- Letter of Acceptance (LOA)
- The latest graduation certificates (in English / translate by sworn Translator / Notary Department to English)

E-Student VISA (Limited Stay Visa Requirement)
After the study permit issued, as the guarantor, International Office of Trisakti Institute of Tourism will apply the E-Students Visa to the Directorate General of Immigration of the Republic of Indonesia
E- VISA Document Requirements:
- Valid Nationality Passport at least 18 (eighteen) month
- Cover Passport
- Proof of living expenses of at least US$ 2,000 (two thousand US Dollars) or equivalent.
- Latest colour photograph.
- Study permit, issued by Ministry of Education of the Republic of Indonesia
- Letter of acceptance from the educational institution in Indonesia that explains the length of time the foreigner will be enrolled in the educational institution

The price for E-Student VISA is USD 150 and it needs the process will take times 14 days working days.
The Visa is finish and the students can travel to Indonesia.
