Pada kesempatan ini, mata kuliah Kewirausahaan mempersembahkan hasil belajar mahasiswa selama 1 semester yaitu ENTREPRENEUR EXPO STP TRISAKTI 2016 menampilkan berbagai hasil karya kreatifitas mahasiswa dalam bidang Kuliner. Para mahasiswa angkatan 2014 semester V TA. 2016/2017 Diploma IV Hotel yang mengikuti matakuliah kewirausahaan yang terdiri dari 4 kelas (E,F,G dan H) . Tema dari Expo ini adalah ”FOOD FEST 2016 – TASTE THE BEST OF RECIPE”. FOOD FEST 2016 menampilkan 24 stand yang menyajikan produk-produk makanan yang diolah dan disajikan secara unik. Acara expo ini diadakan pada tanggal 05 Desember 2016.
Dengan adanya kegiatan ENTREPRENEUR EXPO STP TRISAKTI ini, harapannya adalah mahasiswa setelah menempuh pendidikan formal di kampus mempunyai semangat untuk mandiri dengan membangun usaha dan menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan dikemudian hari.
