Ticketing Staff with English Communication Skills
Requirements:
1.Candidates must possess min. D3 in any major.
2.Having work experience in the Airline or Travel industry as ticketing staff is preferable.
3.Fresh graduate(s) are welcome.
4.Good command of both written and spoken English.
5.Flexible schedules are highly appreciated and rewarded (able to work shifts that include days, night, public holidays).
Responsibilities:
1.Compute ticket costs and issue / reissue tickets.
2.Ensure ticketing targets are met each day, completed accurately and to the satisfaction of the customer.
3.Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
