Guest Service Officer – Ascott Group Indonesia
Responsibility:
– Delivers service excellent by handling well coordinated reservation
– Manage guests account information
– Handles and records guest comments & complaints
– Provides any tourism related to apartment's surroundings
Requirements:
– Diploma from hotel management major. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
– Has working experience in hospitality industry will be an advantage
– Fluent English is a must
– Pleasant grooming, service oriented, willing to learn & adaptive.
