Requirements:
Must be fluent in English both written and spoken
Willing to work on shift schedule 24 hours
Strong in communication skills and interpersonal skills
Minimum Diploma III from any major (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Experience in Customer Service sector is an advantage
Computer literate (Ms. Word and Excel)
Able to work independently on tasks at hand as well as in a team
Strong analytical thinking and attention to details
