Oversee travel arrangement from booking to ticketing; flight, hotel and land transportation for corporate clients.
Responsible to answer calls, emails and accountable to client's queries, feedback and complaints.
Responsible to keep clients up to date on travel regulations
Possess a positive attitude
Good interpersonal skills
Self-motivated & willing to learn
Strong customer service
