Job Title: Hotel Operations Specialist
Job Description:
1. Interface between customers and hotels to resolve any cases arising upon/after check-in.
2. Re-book based on payment data and booking center
3. Identify & escalate bug issue to related engineering team
4. Manage hotel health
5. Identify last minute hotel booking
6. Escalate new and unsolved issued to Team Leader
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum of a Diploma III Degree
2. Strong written & spoken English & Bahasa Indonesia
3. Minimum 1 years experience in customer service (fresh graduates are welcome)
4. A strong understanding of customer service principles
5. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, strategic and analytical capabilities
6. Willingness to work in shifts
